I was trying to find ways on how to make the dotted lines to be circular instead of square. I know ways to get around that, but it's a little time-consuming as I'm pretty sure it's for others, too. I'd like to draw dotted lines and dotted Bezier curves, but with circular dots instead of square.

For circular and ellipse shapes use Borders N' shapes plugin By Pyrochild with Dotted pattern option.
But for Bezier curves, on new layer use Line/Curve tool with Dotted option, then Gaussian blur it, then Magic wand the outside and delete.
Hint, you can control the distance between dots by adjusting the Tolerance of Magic Wand.
Is this what you asking for?.

*sends a gianormus air hug* Oh my gosh! That's what I needed. After the blurring and cutting out the uneeded areas, I duplicated the layers and then flattened them. After, I used AA's assistant and it all worked like a charm. Gosh, Sargon, you're a genius.

You are very welcome HELEN, I am glad it helped.
And you can use Transparency plugin to for full opacity instead of duplicating and merge layers, the AA assist or Feather.

That's even quicker and better. Thank you.
