How??

Please use this forum (How the heck did they do that?), rather than the tutorials forum if you want to find out how an image was made.

Darn it! I thought I did.

that image would be fairly easy to recreate by using the line tool, sine waves, and glow. You can also adjust the opacity of the different layers of lines. Remember it is important to put new lines on a new layer so you can adjust and layer them .
