Other options are to use the magic wand & set the flood mode to GLOBAL. Be careful to check that it has only selected the bits you want cut out. You have to find just the right tolerance. Then tidy up the image with the eraser. You will need to use zoom & sometimes it involves erasing one pixel at a time. Then try feather and/or gaussian blur.
Best tip of all is to read David Atwell's DPI & you on the main forum. Resize the image as large as possible & then when you're done with the render, reduce it to the size you want. E.g. 3200 x 2400 (multiples of 4 seem to work the best) then resize to 800 x 600. Any ho-hum bits will disappear & the image will look much smoother & polished.
Sorry buddy but this is very time consuming & not an image I would enjoy working on.
I know that you really just want someone to do it for you but honing your skills will be much better for you in the long run.
You know the old saying: give a man a fish & you'll feed him for a day - trach him to fish & you will feed him for the rest of his life
