After a bit of interest in the technique I used in this image, I've knocked up with quick tut' ...

This is just a quick how to ... I added many more layers and different Blend Modes ... all in all about 80 layers but hopefully this will get the jist of the technique across

Many thanks to Chad for his invaluable, versatile Concrete tut ... Click Using this is optional, but I find it gives more interest to the base metal

Welshy, have you ever tried using Emboss/Engrave plug-in? I think it may work faster than making 3 layers with white and black. Let see if I can dig around on the main board and find the link.

Yup, found it and it's a part of Toli's effect pack.

Don't think I'm knocking your tutorial, it's a great one, and I was thinking there might be a faster way than a roundabout way.
