Oh my gosh! Your animals are so adorable! So wicked cute. I also love your landscapes! The stained glass window is really nice, too. And is that Ratatouille under the "Critters" category? It's so cuddly.

Some lovely work there. I like the critter swinging from a parachute. Very funny! Also I think the glass topped table is excellent, (although how about adding some shadows ?) and your landscape is really nice. Well done.

Thank you everyone for your positive remarks. @Helen – I’m glad you liked Mighty Mouse, a.k.a. Ratatouille. He’s my favourite too. I dream, in time, to be able to make polished work like yours. @Goonfella – so glad you like the mouse, and the landscape, which was inspired by your cloud tutorial. Also, note the cloud behind Ratatouille. @Sarkut – I’m so pleased you like the critters as well. Thank you. @theonlychad – you have NO idea how nervous I was opening the gallery. Phew! @BBQ – thank you. Your work inspired the stained glass. I’d like to be able to turn out neater, more polished work like yours in the near future. @sokagirl – Yippee … you like the seascape … thank you …. it, together with the mouse, are my favourites. Thanks everyone

Pixey, the biggest issue is working in a bigger canvas - 4x the size of the finished product& then reducing it down after saving it as a .PNG.
Feather etc dont work too well for me so I use Gaussian Blur @ 2. Are you working on a tablet or just the mouse?

I am so thrilled you decided to open your own gallery.
I think out of everything you have made, the stained glass with the cat is the best one, and hope you will keep it up.

Echoing everyone's thoughts at a great start to your gallery. There's some great pieces here, I especially like the landscape and the critters. The table with the pots of paint on is a great concept.
Love the lil' corgi added to the queen sketch ...

@an-evil-guy and @ Briamoth – Golly, thanks so much for your nice comments, which are greatly appreciated @Barbieq – Thanks for the tip on the larger canvas, which I’m starting to experiment with now. I just noticed, however, that when the canvas is large one can’t make the font very big? It stays teeny! Yes, I’ve been drawing my subjects with the mouse. Using either the pencil, or line-curve. I think I need to experiment more with ellipse. I discovered, yesterday, a neat quick-tute you’d done for Soka. It took me ages to discover what is was for (I think it was for drawing a circle for one of Welsh’s tutes) and as I didn’t have a clue what it was, and I wasn’t getting anywhere with a circle, I used font instead and then followed your instructions. To my delight I discovered a great way of colouring font. I got an amazing result of shine & shimmer @Lance – I’m so glad you liked the cat which, funnily enough, took me the longest to make, as there was a lot of erasing and drawing of lines @WelshBlue – I am humbled. Thank you. How happy I am to get a ‘nod’ from you, as you are so talented and your work is amazing. Ha, ha – you recognised the Queen. I’ll bet the Americans’ were scratching their heads on that one!
