I made this in paint dot net but i have no idea how and i flattened it by accident :( can someone help me? http://xava100.deviantart.com/art/matrix-156433534

Off the top of my head, it appears you used a green and black cloud, ran glass blocks on it, and used some kind of blur...looks like zoom blur. That help?
