Well, I have a question on the Sparkles plugin (Distort > Sparkles). I can't seem to get it to work. Whenever I run it, nothing comes out. Could someone please help me? Am I doing something wrong? :?

Try black background add new transparent layer make a few small white dots on the transparent layer, then run the plugin.
