Hey Guys. I love the work you guys do. I follow all your guides to make some sigs but they arent really unique cause you created them and im just following directions. So i was wondering if someone could make me a kewl Signature just saying SKILLA on it. And a kewl background. idc what kind

Hi Skilla and welcome to the boards.

Now forgive me as I'm not always the sharpest pencil in the box ... but if we make you a sig, won't it be even less unique to you ?
For example ... my sig' is meant to depict the Welsh colours of red, green and white, and the Blue of Chelsea FC = WelshBlue

How's about you post a sig' you've made, tell us a bit about yourself ... then hopefully we can give you a bit of advice on how to make it more personal to yourself

The best way to learn is to jump in with both feet and have a play around. Maybe take a couple of methods from some tuts' (maybe try different settings) ; add them together until you find something you like ?

Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day ...

Kk ive made a lot of sigs using tutorials from the pdn site and mixed and matched them with some from here.
And i know these sigs are not the best but i enjoyed making them. lol.

But anyway. About myself...Well first off i like soccer a whole bunch. Im always in perfect shape by time soccer season starts. And im now a sophmore in highscrool. Im not a jock cause actually im rather shy. But yea. If someone were to make me a signature. Soccer would be a kewl one i would definitely enjoy

Well there you go then . You have provided the perfect idea for a sig yourself - you say your`re into FOOTBALL , so why not create a sig related to your team and/or your fave player? That would be unique to you.
And welcome to the forum

He's got a good idea with making one of your favourite team ... as long as it's not Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool and anyone but CFC we'll get on

Eh i guess. But the thing is. Every signature i made i followed a tutorial. Which isnt really unique to me :/

Then instead of following a tutorial - experiment. It`s how everyone here started out.
You`ll only learn and get better by trying things out.
As the poor misguided Chelsea fan( ) said - we all had to start somewhere.
Just make sure it`s red and white to annoy him!

Thnx. But do you know any good plugins that could make something kewl? im trying to use polar inversion and other things but nothing kewl happens.

Your best bet would be to download a couple of the plugin packs to start with. I recommend MadJik`s and Pyrochilds which you`ll find on the first page. You can download these and pick and choose which plug ins you want to install. I also think you`ll really enjoy Shape 3D.

but i still dont think it came out great. I used the plugins from Ed Harvey. But yea...lol. I got an idea for something to work on. But i just need help making a 3d bowl. So if anyone knows a tutorial for that can you post it

I don`t know of a 3D bowl tut but you could download Shape 3D and use the half sphere map setting.
