In all of these forums, personal attacks on individuals will get you bounced out on your head (or whatever...land as you wish). Remember that.
Often, using a new piece of software can lead to frustration...especially when everyone else seems to have no problem using all of the features, installing add-ons, or getting it to run without crashing their PC.
