You will also find links to a wide variety of plugins and effects and some people who know an awful lot about how to create things with this software.

I'm trying to use the smudge tool but does'nt want to run, I've loaded the http://paint.net.amihotornot.com.au/Fea ... rt/Smudge/
Closed down and run buy icon is no where to be seen even though it still shows up in effects file, any ideas please

That site you have linked to is redistributing the plugins illegally.

Plugins from that site are often problematic.

The best thing to do is to delete any files from that site,
and download from the Paint.NET Plugin forum.

Smudge is part of the pyrochild plugin pack.
Click where it says:
